Fish Tales Lakeside Grille, located at Hideaway Bay Marina in the former location of Up the Creek, opened April 1th, 2010.

Dale Ozaki, former manager with Up the Creek, and his wife Jessica Ozaki, former favorite from Third Coast Grille, opened Fish Tales Lakeside Grille. They’re bringing back a number of Up the Creek signature items, including the familiar salads, grouper and the popular Cuban bread with guava butter.

From April 1st until September 30th each year there will be live entertainment on Friday and Saturday evenings. The restaurant has a full bar, in addition to beer and wine.

Hand-pattied half-pound hamburgers and grilled chicken sandwiches will be served with steak fries. Cuban sandwiches and fish tacos are also on the menu. Desserts include Key Lime pie and a new dessert item each week provide by Calliope Sweets.
